| There are numerous golf courses in and around Snowdonia, from homely 9 holers to magnificent courses of a full 18. as befire Wales some may hve to be shared with the odd sheep but all hve something to offer and not all are so busy that you have to wait long to play. Our nearest course is the Royal St. David's in Harlech set below the mediavl castle and some 8 miles away, near enough for an early start. There is a 9-hole course at Dolgellau , self styled 'the most beautiful course in the world'which is quiet enough to get a double round in. Northwards there is a great 18 hole course at Porthmadog in another beautiful coastal location at Morfa Bychan near the beautiful Black Rock Sands.
